The low ropes course consists of 7-8 challenge elements constructed to help small groups build team dynamics. With the exception of one, each element is no more than two feet off the ground, ranging from a simple tarp on the ground to a set of tightly strung cables between trees.

$250 Includes:

- 9 meals, including 1 traditional ethiopian dinner. please dress in your traditional ethiopian attire for a full cultural experience!

- traditional coffee ceremony, ethiopian adult counselors

The high ropes course is facilitated by CAW staff who have been certified each year by attending a 3-day instructional course. Participants are led through the 30-foot high challenge course, fully equipped with harnesses, helmets, and proper rope attachments. An excellent confidence, team, and communication building activity for campers ages 12+. (not available in 2022)

Location and Directions:

We’re easy to find: Arrah Wanna Blvd is located east of Portland, a few feet beyond the 40-mile marker on highway 26 in Welches. Look for the “Pro Hardware” on the corner, turn right and travel just over ½ mile south on Arrah Wanna Blvd. and you won't miss the huge rock that says “Camp Arrah Wanna”. Our office is located straight ahead, near the Main Lodge and next to the Bell Tower.
